Administrative Assistant

Caroline is the friendly face and voice behind the administrative support at our practice. She is here to assist you with scheduling, answer your calls and emails, and ensure your experience with us is smooth and welcoming. 

With over three years of experience in customer service, Caroline brings a warm, organized, and client-focused approach to her role, making sure every interaction leaves you feeling valued and supported.

Caroline holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Florida. She is passionate about mental health and is currently taking a gap year to immerse herself in the therapy world, deepening her understanding of psychological practices and client care. Her background in psychology and her empathetic nature make her an invaluable part of our team.
 

Outside of the office, Caroline loves staying active, whether it’s running, exploring the outdoors, or thrifting for unique finds. She’s also a coffee enthusiast and enjoys spending her weekends discovering new spots in Gainesville with family and friends.
