Cassie Jones
Ed.S./M.Ed., Registered Marriage and Family Therapist Intern

Cassie is a license-eligible Marriage and Family Therapist with experience supporting children, adolescents, and families. She is dedicated to helping clients navigate life's challenges while empowering caregivers with the tools and confidence to support their little ones. Cassie approaches each client with warmth, authenticity, and compassion, believing that meaningful change happens when people feel heard, supported, and understood.
Cassie has specific training in trauma-informed care and approaches therapy through a holistic, systems-based lens. She recognizes that relationships, environments, and life experiences all play an important role in emotional well-being. She believes clients are the experts of their own lives and uses person-centered, strength-based interventions to build on each individual's unique strengths. Rather than relying on a single treatment model, Cassie takes a flexible approach, thoughtfully integrating evidence-based techniques to meet the unique needs and goals of each client and family.
Through clinical practice, Cassie has learned the importance of collaboration and believes therapy is most effective when clients feel supported across settings. She enjoys partnering with caregivers, schools, and other professionals to promote consistency in all environments while advocating for her clients' needs. Her professional experience includes supporting clients with anxiety, trauma, emotional regulation difficulties, behavioral concerns, family relationship challenges, and social-emotional development.
Outside of the therapy room, Cassie enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and son, getting lost in a good book, and baking for family and friends.
