We offer telehealth services in accordance with applicable Florida laws and professional guidelines. Telehealth services are provided only after proper intake, consent, and confirmation that telehealth is clinically appropriate.

If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, please call the Alachua County Crisis Center at 352-264-6789. If you are experiencing a physical emergency please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.

Our website may include contact or inquiry forms. Submitting information through these forms:

Should not include sensitive or urgent clinical information
Please do not use website forms to communicate emergencies or time-sensitive concerns.

Client portals, clinical records, and secure communication are accessed only through our third-party EHR system, not through this website.
