Adults.
Even for adults, beginning therapy can feel overwhelming, especially if you’re not sure where to start or what kind of support you need. You might know something feels off, or you may simply be feeling stuck, stressed, or unsure how to move forward.

While our therapists specialize in child and play therapy, we also provide individual therapy for adolescents and adults. We work with you to navigate life transitions, emotional overwhelm, relationship challenges, school or work stress, and the pressure that often comes with growing responsibility.

Therapy offers you a supportive space to slow down, better understand yourself, and build tools that help you feel more grounded, confident, and supported as you move forward.

Teens.
Teenagers are experiencing a uniquely complex stage of life. Teens are navigating growing independence, changing family dynamics, peer relationships, academic pressures, and identity development. Many struggle with self-esteem, body image, decision-making, or emotional regulation, and additional stressors can quickly feel overwhelming.

Our work with teens focuses on building self-understanding, strengthening communication skills, supporting healthy identity development, and improving coping and decision-making abilities. When appropriate, we incorporate creative and expressive approaches to help teens feel more comfortable processing difficult emotions, relationships, and experiences.
