Adults

Beginning therapy can feel overwhelming, especially if you’re not sure where to start or what kind of support you need. Maybe you know something feels off, or you’re simply feeling stuck, stressed, or unsure how to move forward.

While our therapists specialize in child and play therapy, we also provide individual therapy for adolescents and adults. We’ll work with you to navigate:

  • Life transitions

  • Emotional overwhelm

  • Relationship challenges

  • School or work stress

  • The pressure of growing responsibilities

Therapy offers a supportive space to slow down, better understand yourself, and build tools to feel more grounded, confident, and supported as you move forward.

Teens

Teenagers are experiencing a uniquely complex stage of life. They’re navigating:

  • Growing independence

  • Changing family dynamics

  • Peer relationships

  • Academic pressures

  • Identity development

Many teens struggle with self-esteem, body image, decision-making, or emotional regulation—and additional stressors can quickly feel overwhelming.

Our work with teens focuses on:

  • Building self-understanding

  • Strengthening communication skills

  • Supporting healthy identity development

  • Improving coping and decision-making abilities

When appropriate, we incorporate creative and expressive approaches to help teens feel more comfortable processing difficult emotions, relationships, and experiences.

Your teen doesn’t have to navigate this alone and neither do you.
