At Play and Wellness Center, we believe neurodiversity is a natural part of human diversity. Our Autism and ADHD assessments are designed to be affirming, strengths-based, and trauma-informed, honoring your or your child’s unique way of thinking, learning, and engaging with the world. We use current, evidence-based tools (such as the MIGDAS-2 for Autism and DIVA-5 or Young DIVA-5 for ADHD) to capture your or your child’s unique experiences, without pathologizing differences. Because every person’s brain works differently, and there’s no 'one right way' to think, learn, or engage with the world.

Assessment Options
We offer three types of evaluations and pricing transparency to meet your needs:
Cost: $650
Ideal for those seeking clarity on focus, organization, or impulsivity with a diagnostic letter to guide next steps.
Combined Autism + ADHD Assessment
Cost: $1300
Save $250 when assessing for both ADHD and Autism, perfect for those who suspect overlapping traits.
Cost: $900
A deep dive into social, sensory, and communication strengths and challenges, with a focus on empowerment.
Comprehensive Report Add-On
Cost: $200 in addition to assessment
Includes a detailed and extensive report of findings for accommodation requests.
All assessment pricing includes intake session. collateral information gathering, all assessment sessions and feedback session with diagnostic letter.
Payment Structure:

A deposit of $450 is due within 24 hours of booking to secure your appointment.

The remaining balance is collected at the start of your first session.
