Maddy-Grace Oberg

M.Ed./Ed.S., Registered Mental Health Counseling Intern, Registered Marriage and Family Therapy Intern

Maddy-Grace is a license eligible Marriage and Family and Mental Health Counselor with specific training in family, couples, and play therapy. Her passion is to help create and maintain connection between couples and families and believes change and healing can occur when shared meaning between such members is fostered.

Maddy-Grace loves to watch freedom and healing unfold in the playroom, particularly with kids who have experienced complex trauma. In this process, she hopes to include the child’s familial system to encourage healthy, secure attachment relationships between all familial members.

Additionally, Maddy-Grace enjoys working with individuals from all walks of life and exploring people’s life stories, including their upbringings, family histories, trauma narratives, and cherished identities. When relevant, she is also open to incorporating faith and spirituality in counseling. She believes counseling is a beautiful process and is honored to be an active participant in it with her clients.

When Maddy-Grace is not counseling, you can probably find her cheering on the gators at the sporting event of the season or outside exploring nature with her family.
